The Moncton Wildcats are a major junior ice hockey team based in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada. They are one of two Maritime junior hockey teams, alongside the Halifax Mooseheads, and compete in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL). The Wildcats play their home games at the Avenir Centre.

The team was founded in 1994 as the Moncton Alpines and played for two seasons at the Moncton Coliseum. The team’s name was changed to the Wildcats in 1996 to reflect the town’s nickname of “The Wild City.” The Wildcats have won the QMJHL championship five times, in 1999, 2001, 2004, 2010, and 2013. They have also won the Memorial Cup twice, in 1999 and 2001.
